Full refund if cancelled up to 15 days before check-in. 50% refund if cancelled up to 10 days before check-in.

In rare cases where we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns, etc.), you will receive a full refund or alternative booking options.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Original payment method will be used for refunds
  • Transaction fees are non-refundable

4. No-Show Policy

If you fail to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notification, no refund will be provided.
